How is this different from a generic CRM?
Generic CRMs are built for sales teams. We are built for one specific person: a mobile notary running a one-person business. Every feature is designed around the rhythm of signings, invoicing title companies, and chasing reviews. No sales pipelines, no deal stages, no irrelevant features cluttering your dashboard.
Will my signer info be private?
Absolutely. Your account is private to you. We do not share, sell, or expose your contact lists to other users. Your business stays your business. We follow strict privacy rules to ensure no other notary on the platform can access your data.
Do you charge for emails?
Email automation is fully included in the starter plan. There are no per-email charges, no add-ons, no surprise fees. SMS will be available as a paid add-on in V2 since carriers charge per message, but we will never markup messaging costs — you pay at-cost.
What if i have a team?
The current plan is built for single notary businesses. Multi-user accounts and team plans are on the roadmap for V2. If you are running a signing service or notary team, reach out and we can discuss early access.
How long does setup take?
About 5 minutes. Sign up, complete a multi-step onboarding (business name, default fee, business info, Google review link), and add your first job. You can start tracking signings immediately.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The web app is fully responsive and works on any browser including mobile. You can pull up signing details, mark jobs complete, and check directions right from your phone at the signing table. A dedicated iOS and Android app is on the V2 roadmap.
What if you do not have a feature i need?
We listen. Contact us with feature requests anytime through our home page or directly through our software. Many of our features came directly from notary feedback. We respond to every message personally within a few hours. Small team, fast iteration, real conversations.
