a. With Your Authorization
When you mark a job complete or send an invoice, we send emails and SMS messages on your behalf to your signers and title companies. This is the core function of the Services.
b. Service Providers
We share information with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the Services:

Postmark — transactional email delivery
Twilio — SMS messaging
Google Cloud / AWS — hosting infrastructure
Google Analytics — usage analytics

d. Business Transfers

Your business data is private to you. Other notaries on the platform cannot access your jobs, invoices, signer information, or business records. We enforce this at the database level using strict privacy rules.
We never share, sell, or expose your contact lists, signers, or title company information to other users or third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction — Update inaccurate or incomplete information through your account settings.
Deletion — Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Portability — Export your data in a machine-readable format (CSV).
Opt-Out — Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails (invoices, account notifications) cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription:
Your account enters read-only mode for 30 days.
After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted from our active systems.
Backup copies may persist for up to 90 additional days as required by our backup retention policies.

9. International Users
TheNotaryNext is operated in the United States. If you access our Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Services you consent to this transfer.
